This is the quickest of all the Paneer recipes in the world! Will we ever get bored of Paneer?? Nah!!!
This is a simple yet damn-good-looking recipe. I have not added any vegetables other than tomato and onion, but you can very well add capsicum to this recipe, that will make the Bhurji even more crunchier. It goes very well with roti and rice.

Paneer is full of proteins, so if one can eat the right amount, I don't think one should worry about gaining weight. That to, when you use little oil.

Onion and Tomato Chutney

If you are one of those, who is bored of the regular coconut chutney day-in-day-out, then this chutney will be a life saver. It is a good mix of onion, tomato and coconut sauteed with spices and ground to perfection. This goes very well with Idli, Dosa and also as a side to Curd Rice. Ingredients : 1)Onion - 1(chopped) 2)Tomato - 2(chopped) 3)Green Chillies - 3(slit) 4)Grated Coconut - 4 tsp 5)Garlic - 3 pods(crushed) 6)Oil - 1 tsp 7)Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp 8)Whole Red Chilli - 1 9)Urad Dal - 1 tsp 10)Asafetida - a pinch 11)Turmeric Powder - a pinch 12)Salt - to taste 13)Coriander leaves - 5 sprigs Preparation : 1)Heat oil in a pan and add asafetida, cumin seeds, whole red chilli and urad dal. Let it splutter. 2)Add garlic and slit green chilli, saute for couple of seconds. 3)Add onion and salt, saute until they turn translucent. 4)Add chopped tomatoes, tur...
