Healthy Bottle-Gourd Recipe

Bottle Gourd is one of those rare vegetables which is packed with fiber, iron and protein. It has very less carbs. When bottle gourd is cooked with Moong Dal, there is nothing in the world which is so yummy at the same time damn healthy too. It is super good for those who are trying to lose weight.
Bottle Gourd Recipe

Onion and Tomato Chutney

If you are one of those, who is bored of the regular coconut chutney day-in-day-out, then this chutney will be a life saver. It is a good mix of onion, tomato and coconut sauteed with spices and ground to perfection. This goes very well with Idli, Dosa and also as a side to Curd Rice.
