Yes, you heard it right, no grinding & no extra additions as always. You can have this either with roti or rice, it tastes ultimate. But, I can have this even without rice and roti, just a spoon will do :) Let's jump straight in, shall we?

5)Oil - 1.5 tsp
6)Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
7)Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
8)Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
9)Red Chilli & Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp each
10)Garam Masala - a pinch
11)Cinnamon, Cardamon,Cloves & bay leaf - a little for flavor
12)Salt - to taste
Preparation:
1)Pressure cook the soaked Channa with salt, water & turmeric powder for 4 whistles(depends) & keep aside.
2)Add oil in a frying pan, add Cumin seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Cloves, Bay leaf & let it splutter & release flavor.
3)Add chopped Green Chilli, Onions, Salt & saute them until onion becomes translucent.
4)Add Ginger Garlic paste & saute until the raw smell goes off.
5)Add chopped tomatoes & saute until they cook.
6)Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala & give it a good stir.
7)Once the masala cooks, add the pressure cooked Channa along with the water from the cooker.
8)Stir well, taste the content for salt & spice level and let it cook for 5 to 7 more minutes. No stirring required.
9)Now add copped coriander leaves(if required, of course I did not add).
